Simply click the play button on any track. The built-in player starts immediately – no download or extra software needed.

Downloads are available depending on the track and your subscription plan. Premium users can download all tracks that have downloads enabled.

Open "My Songs" in your dashboard and click the track you want. You will find plays, likes and more metrics there.

KiBeats is an AI music generator that creates full songs from a text prompt – including vocals and instrumentation. Enter your prompt, choose a style, and the AI creates the song.

Credits are the currency for AI generation. Each generated song costs a certain number of credits. You can purchase credits under Pricing & Packages.

Generation typically takes 30 seconds to 2 minutes depending on KiBeats server load. You will be notified once your song is ready.

We accept credit card, PayPal and bank transfer. All payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.

Already consumed credits cannot be refunded. If a technical issue prevented you from using the service, please contact our support.

All invoices are available under Account → Billing. You can download them as PDF there.

Go to Settings → Security and choose "Change password". If you forgot your password, use the link on the login page.

Yes! The Personas feature lets you manage multiple artist profiles under one account. Switch between them anytime at My Personas.

For audio we support MP3, WAV, FLAC, AAC and OGG. Cover images can be uploaded as JPG, PNG or WebP. The maximum file size is 50 MB per track.

You decide! Songs can be set to public, visible to members only, or fully private. Find the setting in the track details.
